MY STORY
Anton is a born entrepreneur. Hustling even at an early age, he would pick wild berries from a field near his home and sell them to his neighbors. As a teenager, he dabbled as an inventor, applying for patents and attempting to sell “genius” marketing ideas to his friends. From a young age, one thing was clear: Anton had a passion for entrepreneurship.
A lover of learning, Anton spent two years at Mira Costa before studying abroad in Australia. Graduating at the top of his class, he earned a degree in Communication – with an emphasis on Entrepreneurial Studies – from UC Santa Barbara.
Somewhere along the line, Anton’s interests in “business” meshed with “finance”. With drive and education in his back pocket, Anton combined his passions for business and finance by working at small investment firms, gaining valuable professional experience. After starting his first company, Anton realized that while he didn’t love sales, he was gifted at building relationships and training others to achieve their fullest potential.

In 2014, Anton started Elite Resource Team with his trusted business partner, Ken Smith. They found enormous success in teaching financial advisors how to meaningfully differentiate themselves by working with CPAs in a proven and efficient system. Elite Resource Team has trained over 1200 advisors in 37states. Eager to put his areas of interest and expertise to work, Anton divides his time between his work as a Consultant, Investor, and Thought Leader, with the goal to help business owners and high performers multiply their efforts, and exceed their perceived potential in pursuit of exceptional results.

Create an environment that allows you to invest your time and energy in the things that bring you the highest degree of fulfillment, while building win/win relationships to handle everything else.

A PASSIONATE SUPPORTER OF BOYS TO MEN MENTORING SINCE 2014
Every year, Anton asks himself: should I do the 100-wave challenge again? And every year, as uncomfortable as it can be to ask for donations, Anton knows that it’s nothing compared to the daily
challenges many boys must go through in the absence of a father or any positive male role model.
That’s why, every year, Anton decides to spend a full day in the ocean, catching 100 waves and raising donations for the nonprofit Boys to Men, which is a mentorship and leadership program for boys who are vulnerable to negative influence.
